2. Services

Graphic Design Services: Moracont provides professional graphic design services, including but not limited to logo design, branding, marketing materials, and web graphics.

Project Scope and Revisions: The scope of each project, including the number of revisions, will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal. Any additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

Delivery of Work: We will deliver the final design files in the agreed formats by the agreed deadlines. Delays caused by your failure to provide necessary information or feedback will not be considered our responsibility.

3. Payment Terms

Pricing: Our pricing for Services will be provided in a separate agreement or proposal. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment: Payment terms, including deposit requirements and payment schedules, will be outlined in the agreement or proposal. Full payment must be received before final design files are delivered.

Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our Services, refunds are generally not available. Any refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership: Upon full payment, you will own the final design files. We retain ownership of all preliminary work, drafts, and concepts not included in the final delivery.

Portfolio Use: We reserve the right to display the final work in our portfolio, on our website, and in promotional materials unless you request in writing that the work remains confidential.

5. Confidentiality

We value your trust and take the confidentiality of your information seriously. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Termination

Termination by You: You may terminate your account and these Terms at any time by providing written notice to us.

Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moracont shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Services.
